Charles Baseley has been a resident of Crouch for over 40 years. Charles’ family have grown up in the village and attended the local primary schools. Charles runs the family farm on Basted Lane jointly with his son. Landway farm was a fruit farm for many years and now has a herd of Pedigree Hereford cattle.
Charles trained at Rolls-Royce in the late 1960’s and early 1970’s and now runs a local business, selling and maintaining vintage Rolls-Royce and Bentley motor cars. He has a passion for vintage cars and machinery and enjoys showing his own small collection at local classic car shows.
Charles joined the Parish Council in 2023 to assist the council in improving facilities in the area for local residents.
